In short
- We collect what you type into our forms, plus basic technical data when you visit.
- We use it to reply to you or to send the file you asked for.
- We do not sell it. This site has no advertising trackers. It uses only a page-speed measurement from Cloudflare.

Who we are
This website is run by Servicex FZE LLC, UAE, which trades as Cybrilliant (“we”, “us”). We decide how and why the personal data described here is used.

What we collect

Do not put passwords, access keys, logs or evidence in a form. We will agree a safe way to share them.
Why we use it
We use your data to:
- reply to your inquiry or partnership request;
- send a file you asked for;
- keep the site secure and stop spam;
- meet our legal duties.
Each form has a tick box. We rely on that consent when you send us your details. You can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect what we did before you withdrew it. For technical logs, we use only what we need to run and secure the site.
The law that applies to us is the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

We do not give your data to advertisers or data brokers. We disclose data only where the law or a competent authority requires it.
Data outside the UAE
Some of these providers process data outside the UAE, for example in the United States. We send only what the service needs. We rely on the provider’s contract terms for protection. Ask us if you want details.
How long we keep it
We do not keep a separate database of contact or download requests. Your message sits in our email inbox. Profiles sent through Careers are stored in a database, and the original CV file stays in our careers mailbox. The Applicant privacy notice covers them. Partner interest forms are emailed to our contact inbox and covered by the Partner privacy notice.
We keep an inquiry for up to 12 months after our last contact with you. We keep it longer only if we start working together or the law requires it. Then we delete it.
Our host and email providers keep their own routine logs for periods they set.
Cookies
This site does not set cookies of its own. It has no advertising or social media trackers. We measure how fast pages load using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records page-load timing, not who you are. It is not shown to visitors in the EU. Cloudflare says it does not track individual visitors across its customers' websites. If that changes, we will update this notice first.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your data when we no longer need it, or when you withdraw consent;
- limit how we use it while a question is settled;
- stop using it for direct marketing, or object to other processing;
- give you a copy in a common, machine-readable format, where the law gives you that right.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means that have legal or similar effects.
How to ask. Email contact@cybrilliant.in with the subject “Privacy request”. We may ask you to confirm who you are. We will answer without undue delay. We can refuse a request only where the law allows, for example if it is repeated without reason or would affect other people. If we refuse, we will say why.
Other laws. If you live outside the UAE, for example in India, the UK, Australia or the EU, your local law may give you more rights. Tell us where you are and we will handle your request under the law that applies.
Complaints. Tell us first so we can fix it. You may also complain to the data protection authority that has power over you.
Security
This site uses HTTPS. The contact and download forms take text only. The Careers form accepts a CV file, which automated tools read, and its Applicant privacy notice explains how we handle it. We collect only what we need. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities where the law requires.
Children
This site is for business use. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top.
