Who we are
The Partners form is run by Servicex FZE LLC, UAE, which trades as Cybrilliant (“we”, “us”). We decide how and why your details are used. For how we handle data from the rest of this website, see the Privacy notice.

What we collect

Please do not include customer names, customer contact details, ID numbers, your date of birth, health details or other personal details we do not need. We do not ask for them. If we later work together on a specific opportunity, we will agree separately how customer details are shared, and you must have the right to share them.
Why we use it
We use your details to:
- assess whether to work with you as a partner;
- contact you if there is a fit;
- check for conflicts of interest and other risks before an agreement;
- keep a record of how we handled your submission.
People at Cybrilliant read your submission and decide. We use no automated decision-making and no automated reading of what you write. We do not use your details for marketing.
The tick box on the form is our basis for holding and using your details for this purpose. You can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect what we did before you withdrew it. The law that applies to us is the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Who sees it
Your details are visible to the people at Cybrilliant who assess and manage partners. We do not pass them to customers or other companies without asking you first.

We do not give your data to advertisers or data brokers. We disclose data only where the law or a competent authority requires it.
Data outside the UAE
These providers may process or store data outside the UAE, for example in the United States. We send only what the service needs. We rely on the provider’s contract terms for protection. Ask us if you want details.
How long we keep it
Your details sit in our contact mailbox, not in a database. If we do not go ahead, we delete them within 12 months of the day you submit. We delete them sooner if you ask.
If we do work together, we keep the records we need for that work under the partner agreement.
Our providers may keep deleted data in backups or logs for a short time, on periods they set.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your details, or withdraw your consent;
- limit how we use your data while a question is settled;
- object to how we use it;
- give you a copy in a common, machine-readable format, where the law gives you that right.
How to ask. Email contact@cybrilliant.in from the address you used on the form, with the subject “Privacy request”. That is how we find your submission and confirm it is you. We will answer without undue delay. We can refuse a request only where the law allows. If we refuse, we will say why.
Other laws. If you live outside the UAE, your local law may give you more rights. Tell us where you are and we will handle your request under the law that applies.
Complaints. Tell us first so we can fix it. You may also complain to the data protection authority that has power over you.
Security
The form uses HTTPS. We collect only what we need. Submissions go to a mailbox that only the people who assess partners can reach. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities where the law requires.
This notice is for adults who are exploring a business association. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top.
