In short
- We store your details and the text of your CV in a private database. Automated tools read your CV to fill in your profile. A person reviews it. Your original CV file is kept only in our careers mailbox.
- Only the people at Cybrilliant who review profiles can see it.
- We keep it for up to 12 months, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
- We do not pass your profile to customers or other companies without asking you first.

Who we are
The Careers form is run by Servicex FZE LLC, UAE, which trades as Cybrilliant (“we”, “us”). We decide how and why your profile is used. For how we handle data from the rest of this website, see the Privacy notice.

What we collect

Please leave out ID numbers, a photo, your date of birth, marital status, religion, health details and other personal details we do not need. We do not ask for them.
Why we use it
We use your profile to:
- review you for roles and independent specialist work;
- contact you if there is a fit;
- search and filter profiles by area, industry and skills when a need comes up;
- plan which skills we need;
- keep a record of how we handled your profile.
We use automated tools only to read your CV and sort what it says into fields we can search. They do not decide anything about you. People at Cybrilliant read your profile and decide. We do not use your profile for marketing.
The tick box on the form is our basis for holding your profile for 12 months and considering you for roles and engagements. You can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect what we did before you withdrew it. The law that applies to us is the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).
Who sees it
Your full profile and CV are visible to the people at Cybrilliant who review profiles and manage our specialist network. We do not pass your profile to customers or other companies without asking you first.

We do not give your data to advertisers or data brokers. We disclose data only where the law or a competent authority requires it.
Data outside the UAE
These providers may process or store data outside the UAE, for example in the United States. We send only what the service needs. We rely on the provider’s contract terms for protection. Ask us if you want details.
How long we keep it
We keep your profile, including the text of your CV, for up to 12 months from the day you submit. A daily routine then deletes it. We delete it sooner if you ask.
We email your original CV file to our careers mailbox. It stays there, not in the database, and the daily routine does not remove it. We delete it from the mailbox when we delete your profile, and when you ask.
If we start working together, we keep the records we need for that work under the terms we agree with you.
Our providers may keep deleted data in backups or logs for a short time, on periods they set.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- tell you what data we hold about you and how we use it;
- correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your profile and CV, or withdraw your consent;
- limit how we use your data while a question is settled;
- object to how we use it;
- give you a copy in a common, machine-readable format, where the law gives you that right.
How to ask. Email careers@cybrilliant.in from the address you used on the form, with the subject “Privacy request”. That is how we find your profile and confirm it is you. We will answer without undue delay. We can refuse a request only where the law allows. If we refuse, we will say why.
Other laws. If you live outside the UAE, for example in India, your local law may give you more rights. Tell us where you are and we will handle your request under the law that applies.
Complaints. Tell us first so we can fix it. You may also complain to the data protection authority that has power over you.
Security
The form uses HTTPS. We check the type and size of every CV. Profiles and CVs sit in private storage that is not open to the public, and only the people who review profiles can reach them. We collect only what we need. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data, we will tell you and the authorities where the law requires.
This notice is for adults who are applying for work. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top.
