Referral partner

Introduce genuine cybersecurity, technology, risk and compliance requirements to Cybrilliant. Earn an agreed commission when an opportunity becomes business. We work with a small number of referral partners, by invitation or after a short conversation.

Selective, commission-based association. Not an employment offer.

About the opportunity

Cybrilliant is expanding its network across the UAE and GCC. We want to work with professionals who have strong industry relationships and see cybersecurity, technology, risk and compliance requirements.

You may come across customer needs that do not fit your current organisation’s portfolio, capabilities, priorities or commercial interests. If you see a legitimate opportunity, you can introduce us to the customer and earn an agreed commission when it converts.

You can take part alongside your existing work, subject to your employment obligations and applicable laws.

Who this may suit

  • Sales, business development and account management professionals in IT and cybersecurity.
  • Cybersecurity vendors, channel professionals and technology ecosystem specialists.
  • Consultants and advisors with access to enterprise customer requirements.
  • Professionals connected with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT heads, risk leaders and compliance teams.
  • Independent introducers with relationships across enterprise, government, financial services, healthcare, energy and other industries.

You do not need to be a technical specialist. The main requirement is the ability to identify and introduce genuine business opportunities.

How the association works

You do not sign anything to share your interest. An agreement comes before any introduction, and only if we both want to go ahead.

  1. Share your interest

One short form about your connections and coverage. No CV needed.

  2. Acknowledge the notice

You read how we handle your data before anything is sent.

  3. We talk

A senior person reads every submission and, if there is a fit, speaks with you. We also check for conflicts.

  4. Agreement

Before any introduction, we sign a written partner agreement that sets out commission and conditions.

  5. Register each opportunity

You tell us about a customer need, with the customer’s agreement to be introduced.

  6. Commission

We run the sale and the delivery. Commission is paid under the agreement once the conditions are met.

An introduction in short: identify a need, introduce with the customer’s agreement, share only lawfully obtained information, support early discussions where agreed, and receive commission under the agreement. Cybrilliant evaluates the opportunity, runs the commercial engagement and delivers the service through its own capabilities and delivery partners.

Commission and arrangement

  • Commission is agreed in advance, for each registered opportunity or under an agreed structure.
  • Eligibility, calculation basis, payment triggers and timelines are written down.
  • Repeat business, renewals and follow-on work may qualify where the agreement says so.
  • There is no salary, upfront cost or duty to deliver the service.

Earnings depend on the quality of opportunities introduced, whether they convert, and the agreed terms.

Important conditions

  • This is an independent business association. It is not employment, and it gives no authority to represent Cybrilliant without our written approval.
  • Respect your employer’s policies, contracts, customer confidentiality and conflict-of-interest rules. Where your employer’s consent is needed, get it first.
  • Introduce opportunities through legitimate channels. Do not misuse confidential information or divert business in breach of existing obligations.
  • Follow the anti-bribery terms of the agreement. Nothing of value goes to any official or customer representative to win business.

Questions before you apply

Is this a job?

No. It is an independent, commission-based association. There is no salary, and you are not an employee or agent of Cybrilliant. If you want to work with us as an employee or specialist, see Careers. If you represent a company, see Partners for companies.

Can I do this while I am employed?

Only if your employment contract, policies and the law allow it. Some employers require written consent. You are responsible for checking that before you introduce anything.

When do I get paid?

Under the partner agreement, once the customer has signed and the payment conditions in it are met. We agree the terms before any introduction.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We need you to spot genuine requirements and introduce us properly. Our specialists handle the technical work.

What happens to my details?

They are emailed to our team and read by the people who assess partners. We keep them for up to 12 months if we do not go ahead, then delete them. The Partner privacy notice has the detail.

How do I change or delete my details?
