Are there open roles?
Not listed right now. We publish roles here when they open. A profile stays with us for 12 months, so you do not need to wait.
What happens to my CV?
Automated tools read it and fill in your profile: experience, skills, industries and certifications. A person at Cybrilliant reviews every profile and decides. The automated reading is not checked, so it may miss things.
Can I introduce business instead of applying for work?
Yes. See Partners. It is an independent, commission-based association for the UAE and GCC, not employment.
Do I sign anything to share my profile?
No. An MoU or specialist agreement comes later, only if we both want to work together.
Do you check my certifications?
Not by default. We take what your CV says as given. If we move to an agreement, we may ask for evidence.
Who sees my profile, and for how long?
The people at Cybrilliant who review profiles. We keep your profile for up to 12 months, then delete it. Your original CV file is kept only in our careers mailbox, and we delete it with your profile. You can ask us to delete both sooner. The Applicant privacy notice has the detail.
How do I change or delete my profile?
Email careers@cybrilliant.in from the address you used. Tell us what to change or remove.
